Refund policy

We want you to love your KLNK. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

RETURNS — 30 DAY WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

We do not accept returns on used or damaged items, items returned after 30 days, sale or final sale items, personalised or customised items, or gift cards.

 

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getklnk.com.au with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Email support@getklnk.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a Return Authorisation number — returns without this will not be accepted. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the authorisation number on the outside, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using tracked postage as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

 

EXCHANGES

We only exchange defective or damaged items. For a different size or colour, return your item for a refund and place a new order, subject to availability.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Change of mind returns are at your own shipping cost. If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor faults we may choose to repair, replace, or refund.
